Yes, I bought an all-in-one machine for making spaetzle, but I wanted to make sure I could do it and there was no room for error. Crafted from high-quality, shiny 18/10 stainless steel, this spazli maker is very easy to use: place it on a large pot of boiling water, pour in the batter and move the cutter back and forth to form small dumplings . It takes some practice to make sure you draw the water and don't go over it, or you'll end up with a mess, especially if the spatula doesn't fit the full length of the pot you're using. Spaetzl dough can be quite sticky and even stainless steel dough can be difficult to remove (and I would never put spaetzl dough in the dishwasher), so I'd say it's "not easy" to clean, but it is is easy to use and very strong
