I love shower sponges. It lathers great, looks cleaner and the gel lasts much longer. This 2-layer exfoliating sponge is excellent and easily adjusts to whatever level of exfoliation you want. The clean side is very soft, ideal for heels, elbows and other blemishes that need extra exfoliation. The soft side is ideal for exfoliating the whole body.
