I give it 3 stars because it does what it says on the tin - it's not that hard to make a long plastic tube. However, what's missing, which deserves a full two stars, is an indicator that it's nearing the end (bucket bags have it). Even if you drag the bag to the bottom of the bucket there still seems to be plenty left, but it's not, and when you change it you get a nasty surprise in the form of a bucket full of diapers not in the bag. If this added an indicator I would have no complaints about the product and would buy it every time. But until they add I won't buy anymore. I will be back to see if they added it every time I needed a refill!
