My friend got one of these and I couldn't believe the rug could do everything this one does so I had to try it. I was not disappointed, the first thing that comes out of the box is that it is very well made. Very well sewn, great load capacity and the massage heads sit perfectly and very precisely on the points. Shiatsu rollers and massage variations that can tilt the knees a bit so I can really feel the massage. And let me tell you I love a good massage I can still feel it after the massage and this beat blows my mind. Programs, vibration modes and heat work great and everyone feels different and so good. Another nice touch are the power cords, they are all hidden and labeled so they are secure and never in the way. The long power cord is also good. It folds easily, the pads are removable for easy cleaning, and the thermal pad is amazing. I never thought of putting rocks on a rug like this where the heat travels across the rocks, it's so beautiful. I've been trying to find something I don't like and I just couldn't find one that I would be very happy with buying.
