I used to buy these things for my grandmothers but this is an exception. Lots of light and battery. No instructions, you will receive a double USB power cord. Charge it as soon as you receive it. The indicators turn on and off once it is charged. There is also no power supply. The connection/charging mode selection button is located under the short side of the Velcro. Took me a youtube video to find it. The wheel comes with a spring-loaded heel button that allows the wheel to be slid out or pulled under the latch that closes the access door. The construction looks very solid and of high quality.
