The ease of tracking customer feedback from multiple sources within our organization has been great! We can easily see who we're reaching out too at each store location via their CRM system as well in aggregate through sales data or socials like Google Analytics (or Facebook Insights).
I dislike how there's no API integration currently - so it would require some custom development / workarounds instead which could be an easier/faster process than setting up new features every time someone wants something different done using localyzer? Also not sure if this was mentioned already but sometimes things don;t update correctly until after 2hrs later even though they are updated live while logged into admin panel during normal hours?? If anyone else reading these comments thinks about doing any integrations outside just what comes "outofthebox" please do!! You'll find yourself having better control over all aspects & getting value quicker vs trying integrate everything separately.
