There were a few issues from the start. The indicators on the display were so bright they couldn't be dimmed, so we covered the bottom of the display (EQ bands) with tape and nail polish over the blue bands on the side of the knob. to dim the display enough to drive at night. The button layout was confusing: the buttons were tiny and clustered on the other side of the screen to make room for a useless display. There was no way to turn off the radio without turning it all the way down, which made it very uncomfortable when someone was calling, you were driving by, etc. The sound quality was abysmal at best. But we moved on, I mean you get what you pay for right? Radio stopped working after 7 days. The display is still backlit, so we know it's not a wiring issue, but it's brain dead. We discussed it at the time and decided it sucked so bad it wasn't worth replacing or fixing. We will replace it with something made by someone else.
