Reliable but not 100% compatible with Yoga C930

The dock has good build quality , many ports, but is not 100% compatible with the Lenovo Yoga C930. First, it wasn't recognized as a Thunderbolt device and the ethernet port wasn't recognized by Yoga. After a few reboots/reconnects, everything worked. The power button on the docking station is not working (amber). When they didn't find the network device, I contacted tech support first, but it was terrible, the Ideapad department sent me to the ThinkPad department, who sent me back to the Ideapad section, only to be told that "when searching in our tool returns 0 results so I can't help you," wow, are we talking about putting a lot of effort into it. The Yoga works fine with another dock (Startech), so it's definitely Thunderbolt 3/USB-C -Docks compatible, apparently just an initial problem with Lenovo's dock. The Yoga C930 was released in November 2018, so it's not very old.Now that the network problem is solved and I've spent a whole day with two DP monitors using it , I'm pretty happy with it. I can live without using the power button on the dock, but that and the initial issue (and lack of good tech support) takes a star off an otherwise solid product I'm sure the Yoga C930 isn't listed as compatible but there are about 6 machines listed and my friend's X1 is 100% working and isn't listed so their documentation isn't too up to date (or they've only tested a few machines so far) .
