Review on Health System Solutions by Allen Hart

I work in quality/patient safety for our hospital system. The software has helped us track outcomes very effectively across all hospitals through several years of implementation with minimal input from the IT department or end users! Easy to use & understand as well as not too cumbersome. Can be difficult at times when we have more than one user logged into that day (and even then it is still intuitive). We've used this since 2001 during a previous life before electronic health records were commonplace so there are some things about how they look back prior but otherwise an excellent tool for improving care delivery. Using their reporting tools, especially those which aggregate multiple sites together so you can see overall trends instead of siloed numbers allows me to make evidence driven decisions regarding my organization.
