Review on CloudSight API by Ryan Whatley
This API is used for face detection and facial feature extraction.
1)I have used this API for face detection and facial feature extraction. 2)It works fine when you give the image path as input.But when you give the actual url(like https://www.cloudsightapi.com/facial-recognition-demo?url=https%3A%2F%2Fimages.unsplash.com%2Fphotos%2F23773335223471-75e8fbf9dc54&appid=58a5e7bbdceadb37c1213c6c60ccdb64&appkey=bc242914dd5049fb80b6819be041142b)as input,it gives errors. 3)It doesn't seem to be stable. It is sometimes giving wrong output or crashes. 4)It needs constant updating. If any new feature is added in API, they have to update their website too. But, they haven't updated the API recently so that's why I am getting error messages.

- Its free.
- API response time is good and reliable.
- The face recognition module does a good job at detecting faces and their features.
Cons
- It requires some training to understand how to get results for specific data sets.
- API documentation is lacking.
