We use this for thru hole PCBs and for plastic cases to hold drill bits. The mini cartridge is quite secure. All of this lies well in the hand and has a freely rotatable handle at the end. Also works well as a vise. Great for small jobs. Holds up to .100 straight bits/tools. Comes with a set of metric bits which aren't too fancy but can be used on plastic. Put your pen and bits in an altoid tin and you've got a great little bit set that fits in your pocket.
