Review on 🗄️ Compact Double Canrack – Kitchen Organizer, Durable Steel Construction, Stackable or Side-by-Side, Atlantic Gravity-Fed PN in Silver by Matt Woodward

My decision to purchase the Atlantic 23235595 Double Canrack was based primarily on the depth of the shelves in my pantry. After reading many reviews on this product and others, I was pretty confident that I couldn't go wrong, especially with the retail price. I'm glad I did as the product was well made, sturdy, easy to assemble and fit my needs perfectly. I found out from another review that this double canrack is just two of their single canracks packaged in a discounted box. This is how I use the product as single canracks. Several reviewers mention assembly issues, but if you find that the hinge has to face outwards during assembly (as their instructions state), that's not a problem. Also, several reviews mention problems with placing large jars on the bottom and middle shelves, and I found that the vertical loop space between each of the shelves can be increased by hanging the shelf in question from the higher of the two horizontal bars on each shelf. (They are pictured to the left and right of the unit.) The instructions actually say to place the shelf on the bottom of the two rungs, but you can also attach the bottom shelf to the bottom rung and hang the shelf above it on its higher rung. In fact, this way you have about 1 inch of extra vertical clearance to move cans in and out of the bottom shelf, the standard middle shelf clearance, and the top shelf clearance defined by the supply shelves above. (Remember, I'm using this in one rack, three shelf mode.) I've been arguing about giving this product 4 or 5 stars as it's currently in development. For my needs, it would be absolutely perfect if there was about 1/2" or 3/4" to maximize vertical spacing between shelves, but that wouldn't be possible unless they changed their design specs and it would then be a larger product.
