Betis Group has been with us for nearly 20 years and we have relied upon them throughout that time period to guide our business through the adoption of new systems and technologies as we expand. They are responsive and flexible and get good advice from their product marketing team when making recommendations within the system we use on a daily basis. It would be great if there was even more flexibility in deploying to our infrastructure since most of our workloads utilize a private cloud, but they are great about finding a happy middle ground. We rely heavily on BGTD to schedule meetings and keep track of the business calendar and this is now integrated into Salesforce. I like that Betis is able to deliver on the promises of their products. I have never had a software problem with any of their products. They are also very responsive to their customers. I dislike that we cannot use their products for free. We are a small business, and we need the flexibility to use the software as we need it. Betis has allowed us to do that. We have also been able to use their services with other small businesses.
