My 8 year old nephews love them so much. We gave them to them for their birthdays after they played putt-putt with their parents and sisters. Boys are boys, they put them on right after they open the package and start banging across the field. A product that survived them = a well-made product. It was hard to imagine what size they would be before ordering. I would say they are perfect for kids under 10 who are not too big. For everyone else they would probably be too short. Inside, however, there is plenty of room for a strap. So if you have a small ball of butter, don't worry, it will fit.
