Transfers are slower than they claim but ports are good.
"Bought a month ago" I may have bought the wrong cable or something, but this thing has the slowest transmission of all my devices. It's capped at 35MB/s on an SD card, so the nominal 5GB is wrong. It gives me extra USB-C ports, I don't hate it but I can't use it for transfer. For this reason I give 2 stars. I needed this for USB-C transfer speeds, now I have a slick dongle that hardly gets used.
