Review on 🦋 Bucilla Stamped Embroidery Pillow Case Pair, 20x30 Inches, 45076 Butterflies In Flight by Eric Webbie

I ordered this set of pillowcases last year and had so much fun embroidering on them that I decided to order another set. Something different this time. The fabric is stiffer and the quality of the fabric is not as good this time as it was last year. I think it has something to do with the thread count or fiber content that has changed. Also, the ink stamp on what I ordered last year was much sharper than this time. Although it didn't greatly affect the ability to embroider, it was more faded than last time. I love the fact that I can use any color scheme as there is no thread in this set. For the first set last year I used pastel and this time I used a very bright and vibrant color thread. I also think it's good that I was able to deviate from the stitch recommendations in the instructions. As I'm a more advanced embroiderer I used platinum combo stitches and more complicated stitches for leaves and stems instead of simple running stitches, but this is a great project for beginners as they can stick to the recommended stitches in the guide. Can I recommend this for beginners or experienced embroiderers? Yes. The price is great and although the fabric has changed, it doesn't detract from the fun of embroidery.
