Navistars Customer Engagement Platform

The best thing about navistar is that it gives us all the tools we need to make our campaigns more effective, with easy access to data analytics and insights into how customers interact with us in real time. It also helps keep track of customer interaction at every stage of their campaign journey from first contact through follow up. There are some minor glitches here and there but nothing major. We have been able to improve conversion rates for both new leads as well as existing clients which has helped grow business tremendously. The ability to see all our campaigns in one place, as well as being able to create new ones easily is great! I wish there was an option for more than 1 email address per account. We are using it to be able to have multiple people from different departments/offices send emails out at once with just one click instead of having them each go through their own individual accounts. It has helped us streamline things when we need someone else to do something that they normally would not want or know how to do.
