I like that they are able to work with me remotely, no matter where we live! They also offer several different ways of communicating which allows us flexibility when it comes time to meet up at events.

At this point, there isn't anything specific about them as an organization or team I dislike but you should always look into their background before choosing your vendor (or any service provider!). Communication regarding project progress can be difficult depending upon our distance from each other - so make sure both parties have access via phone/video chat whenever possible!! We've been working together over 3 years now through various projects; everything has gone smoothly thus far -- though sometimes communication issues arise due to remote locations etc.
