Great product, great price, great customer service. I had some trouble getting the screen to fit my TV properly (2005 Mitsubishi DLP, the display was stretched and couldn't be reconfigured on the TV itself) and struggled to find the aspect ratio settings on the box. Emailed the manufacturer (Lily - thanks again) and everything was explained in detail (FYI, it's in Applications -> Droid Settings). If you use this box for Kodi, you need to uninstall KDPlayer (simple uninstall) before downloading Kodi, which can be done from Playstore. Now that this TV box is ready to use, I am very satisfied. The user interface is quick and easy to use. The device didn't have pre-installed apps like the other boxes. And if you have any questions, the customer support is great! I just ordered a second one for my other TV. Highly recommended!
