Review on 🖨️ Original HP 910 Cyan, Magenta, Yellow Ink Cartridges (3-pack) Compatible with HP OfficeJet & OfficeJet Pro Series, Instant Ink-Eligible (3YN97AN) by Justino Pratama

Like other reviewers. I bought this ink a while ago to have on hand when I need new ink. In my case it was bought in July 2020. I installed new ink on February 22, 2021 and the cyan ink received an error message stating that it is a defective cartridge that needs to be replaced. I contacted HP as they were the seller through Revain and they initially stated that I needed to contact the original seller. When I replied that they were the supplier, the next email said I needed to contact a more regional service center and that HP considered my case closed. In other words, no help. I have no choice but to buy more ink or my printer is obviously useless, but it's frustrating how poor their customer service is, especially now that I've read several reviews that said some colors have gone bad in the recent past were recalled. In the short term, HP is forcing my company to buy more ink, in the long term, I'll buy a printer from another manufacturer.
