Review on HP 14 inch HD Laptop with Ryzen 3, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD - Business & Student-friendly by Kio Park ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A valuable purchase, some advantages!

The Ryzen 4300U is a lightning-quick and silent CPU option. The memory capacity of Vega 5 increases to 4.2 GB. In order to have the cooler activate only when necessary (based on the percentage of load), you must update the BIOS after purchase. So if the processor is giving you pause, worry not. The cooler can be set to run continuously in the BIOS. The average CPU temperature for common workloads like web browsing, video streaming, and document editing is between 35 and 50 degrees. When the temperature reaches 55 degrees, the chiller kicks on. Install AMD Adrenaline, but off its adaptive brightness feature so that the brightness of your screen does not fluctuate in response to the tasks you are now performing on your laptop. While this may help conserve battery life in theory, in fact it will ruin your experience by making you acutely aware of the brightness shifts that occur whenever you move from text to video and back again. Everything loads quite quickly on the device because of the WD SN530 ssd. Two 4 GB sticks of 2666 MHz SK hynix HMA851S6CJR6N-FB RAM. The memory may be upgraded to a maximum of 16 GB. A second ssd in the 2.5-inch format can be installed. This is fantastic in terms of the design. There is a mirrored HP logo on the back of a plastic body that is intentionally subtle and aesthetically pleasing. The key travel is about average; it's adequate for touch typing but a little too soft for my liking. Incredibly, the audio quality is excellent. He's 14 inches tall yet only weighs 1.3 kilograms, so he's as light as a feather. Moreover, the keyboard backlight can be adjusted to one of two brightness levels. This laptop has no equivalents in the market at this price point, unlike the disposable devices with soldered RAM offered by competitors (it was bought for 35,000).

Pros
  • Weight, size, and shape all contribute to ergonomics. Ryzen 4300 is a dead-cold CPU. It's a battery. Concerning: - Cost - Potential Viewing Positions - Sound
Cons
  • My only complaints are that the screen can only expand to an angle of about 125–130 degrees and that the cooler functions at a specific frequency, making it sound like a small radioactive plane. Please don't misunderstand me; it's not that loud; rather, it has a unique quality to it.
