My wife and I bought a pair of these to carry on our beach cruises. You just put them on in the morning and go wherever you want, in the sand, in the water, they fit like regular running shoes. They were very comfortable all day without socks. My wife even wore it on the ship during the day. While you can wear them on a country tour, why wear them ahead of time when you can wear sandals or real sneakers? We expect to do at least a few cruises in these water shoes and then buy more. The fit seemed perfect for both of us.
