I had high hopes for housewares

I live in an area with terrible water from chemical plants. I have a toilet with horrible stains that won't come off no matter what I do, use or try. I thought this might be the answer. so far it is useless. I didn't try to flush the toilet and use it like that. this could be my last resort. This worked on my other closet, in areas that were dry. but so far this is a mixed review. but of course I think the toilet is hopeless.
