Worked great until the lock mechanism seized

Loved this little suitcase for about 2 years. I don’t travel a lot but it was the perfect size for 3–4 days away. Then this week I was packed to leave early in the morning and the lock seized. The latches would not close. One side closed and then the other side would not. At that point I had to take a screwdriver and force open the lock, repack another suitcase so I could get to the airport.Was great for a while but I won’t buy this type of locking system again
