Review on KanBo by James Ramirez

Very easy to use, it's highly customizable so you can do what every your needs are best suited without being technical at all. It has been used by our in-house IT people as well but they were not aware of its customization features which was a big advantage over other apps we had tested previously during RFP process with them. Also I have no issues regarding anything related customer support or sales team (also from previous clients). The only issue that I found minor to be honest - is when there are many comments added over time; sometimes some may get lost among more recent ones due to space constraint. We needed an application where users could post messages about any work order item like price changes / quotes etc., then track these items using kanban board & view progress status individually per each task/order.
