I like that it has all of my legal requirements as well, so there is no need for me to look anywhere else when trying find out what needs attention in regards with emailing protected health information (PHI). It also gives you reminders if an item falls under your compliance obligations or not! The only thing about this program which could be improved upon would have been its ability/process by employees who are new at their job position within our organization; they often don't understand how important PHI rules really can become until after some time passes from getting hired into employment status - then once we do go through training courses etc., many realize just HOW IMPORTANT these policies truly were before even starting work here!!
