Update 02/2019: After reading my review, the support contacted me and offered to replace the old backpack with a new one. However, my son had already bought another one so I opted for a full refund. This is the kind of customer service from the seller who stands behind their product and I really appreciate it. So I changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Will definitely be trying their products in the future based on this experience. -------- Bought this backpack in December 2017 for my son as a Christmas present when he starts college in September 2018. My son used it the last time. a few months of his senior year at HS. We got the green one and many of his friends and cousins were commenting on how handsome he was - bright colour, slim and proportioned. He took it with him for a week-long trip to Europe in the summer. When we visited in October 2018 - less than a year after purchase - there were two gaps in the main compartment zippers. If you look closely you can see that the zipper stitching is not as strong as on others like Swiss Gear. So my son came back less than a year later and bought a Swiss Gear backpack and said he loved them and would never buy any other brand again. So if you need a good looking backpack for simple casual use, the bolang might be an option. But for a college or high school student, it can't handle the daily wear and tear that comes with it. So look elsewhere if that's the case.
