I wear these shoes for a few hours. So far they are great on my feet. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and if my toe sole is not wide enough my toes will go numb. I bought 10 watts. I will say that compared to other Roars, this one is a bit smaller. The sock bed is a bit smaller, but still great for my feet. The heel is thick which I like. One of my heels is in severe pain and this shoe is helping. They are nice to enter. I walk A LOT and work as a healthcare CNA.
