I have fast chargers on my desk, sometimes they feel hot when charging, but not this one. Not only does the design save space by putting two USB-C ports and a standard USB in one plug, but even when charging three items, the thing doesn't heat up at all. Probably better for the devices you're charging, especially battery health. In case you're wondering, the top USB-C port also charges faster, which in the description means more power, but if you're just charging smartphones it doesn't matter. For me, my iPad charges faster when plugged into port 1 than port 2. So if you're charging a larger device, make sure you're using port 1. Overall very happy with this product, its functionality and form factor, I give 5 stars. :-) If I had to recommend something to the seller, maybe color options.
