Good support in my review
We have bought two of these and currently, neither of them works. The last one is under warranty. From start to finish the replacement arrived 17 days after the first inquiry. That being said, my daughter prefers this brand over other ones (including some that are more than double the price) so very much a worthwhile purchase at a respectable price.
