They hold up very well!

I purchased these over six months ago and have just returned from an 800 mile motorcycle ride. They have withstood rain, wind and sun, so they are very good! While they appear to be waterproof I would recommend getting a couple of gallon or quart ziplock bags to put your clothes and electronics in so they don't get wet but other than that these things are great for the price! Get them today!
