I think the most helpful aspect of the Switch platform is its self-serve nature. The platform provides a great place to get started without the guidance of a consultant. From our perspective, there isn't anything particularly bad about Switch. However, we do not feel we've discovered all of the best aspects of the platform to this point. There are aspects in which we have been able to take advantage of, but haven't experienced yet. The CRM Switch team and its consultants do everything it can to ensure that we are successful, and we are excited to explore the platform further - to maximize our potential for improvement. This is a platform that we recommend to its users. We see that the platform and staff members are incredibly responsive when issues come up regarding the platform. The platform is designed to be easy to navigate and find our features that we require for our businesses. The ease of use was one of the major perks for this CRM system. It is easy to train new users and it is very user friendly. There are some glitches here and there when using the system but they're easily fixed. This is a great tool that can be used for different industries. I recommend this product to companies of all sizes. I am solving my customer service problems by having a centralized place for all my customers.
