I recently bought a 2018 Mazda 3 Hatchback and if you have one the slotted cup holder mount isn't the best as the cup holders are farther back than most. This clamp is great if you find yourself in a similar situation. Even if you don't, I highly recommend this product (my wife has a cup holder mount with a 9" bracket in her 2016 Outlander; very cumbersome!). The clip itself is made of plastic, but I think it will last a long time if you handle it with care. Everything you see in my photos was included with my order, including the steel extension (silver) and instructions, but I didn't need them. The description in the Revain photos does not include an extension cord. If it wasn't for that little extension I'd probably send it back because without it I wouldn't be able to set up my mirror or the cell itself for view options because they would be too close together. I managed to place my camera exactly where I want. Much luck!
