I removed the pump, having previously drained the water from the pipe, the water in the vertical section does not leave, there are check valves in the pump, so the pump, as it were, pushes the water up, but does not return to itself. By the way, it holds about 3 liters of water. Water from the pump itself can be drained by unscrewing the plug on the side of the housing. I read that you can’t drain hot water, but if you drain 1-2 liters of even boiling water, then it will be diluted with the water that is inside the pump. The temperature is 90 degrees, there will be no inside the pump, I think a maximum of 60-65. It shakes quite often, approximately until you wash one plate once, it will definitely turn on. Sometimes it happens that it turns on just like that, once, but it doesn’t bother, Of ​​the minuses, there is no filter, in the upper part of the case there is a hole through which air is sucked in and, accordingly, exits, so sometimes there is an unpleasant smell, you need to collect a carbon filter (I think it will come from the hood) In general satisfied.
