Vet's opinion.

Pros: I mean, this thing WORKS. At least for us. Cons: Any e-liquid with simethicone (the active ingredient in Gas-X) will do. Check prices for the best deal as they fluctuate. There's no conclusive scientific evidence that simethicone actually works, but a 2017 study found that 94% of parents who used it thought it helped. into a large bubble, increasing the likelihood that they will burst. I'm a vet and this is pretty much identical to what we do with bloated horses and cows. Works great on my newborn too.
