I can understand people thinking the ears on this hat are at an odd angle. I was sure that after wearing the hat for the first time I would send it back. In fact, two days later I put the hat on for the second time and found that the hat looks cute and the ears are at a better angle. My conclusion: This hat has a front and a back. If it is put on backwards, it will look weird and not like the picture. While people may have gotten a different hat than mine, the one I got worked for me and is very cute. Great price and I can't wait to wear it on my next ski trip!
