BEWARE OF IDIOTS the best teapots
This teapot looks quite nice in real life (although the handle looks so garish in the photos). I've used the kettle dozens of times but always poured through the spout. Why remove the lid? Well, one day I took the lid off to fill from the top. Inside I found the cooked leftovers of the instructions. WARNING: PAPER INSTRUCTIONS ARE INSIDE THE TANK. Very embarrassing on the part of the manufacturer as it comes in a box that could well have included instructions. Instead, they made the idiotic decision to put the instructions in the teapot. Everything else works great!
