Shipped quicker than I thought comes with basic instructions. So if you've never changed any of these, you might be a bit confused. I chose this one mainly because of the red color (red only) because the case I installed it in only had red fans and that happens to be the same as it was. I can't even hear the fan running, it's not noisy, there is a little light on the pump in the middle that flashes to let you know it's running. You can control the fan speed in the BIOS settings. If you don't like the red fan, you can replace it by buying a new fan somewhere. So far I have no regrets about buying this product.
