I took one size up and the sock is a little big. My feet seem to slide in there, but if I bought them the same size as usual, they would be too small. They're made of some kind of vinyl and they don't breathe. They are made quite badly, it is clear that the glue does not work very well. Your feet are sweating a lot. And they rub on the back of my heel. Maybe over time they will stop, but I had to put a band-aid on to save the skin so it wouldn't hurt as much. If you need arch support you may want to buy better insoles as these shoes are very flat, lack support and don't move well when walking. You are very tough. They are very cute and my boyfriend loves the way they look! So I only wear them for a short time. Maybe just look sexy in the apartment. I wouldn't recommend wearing them for long periods of time or walking around in them a lot.
