These trays are very stable and perfect for my toaster. The gold non-stick coating has worked as expected so far. I've baked the cookies a few times and the underside browns evenly across the entire sheet. I baked a cake on a baking sheet. Some of the filling spilled onto the baking sheet and completely burned when the cake was done. I poured some water on the sheet, let it soak a little, and the burned stuffing came off with no effort. Truly non-stick! I cooked bacon on convection. The tin was slightly discolored at the incisions, which is actually typical of a golden non-stick coating. The disks did not stick together at all and the discoloration disappeared with further use (also typical). I'm also glad they have a clean, flat surface. Several well known manufacturers emboss their name/logo on the surface of their baking trays which is a total deal breaker for me. I spliced a star because both of my leaves deform a bit at 400 degrees. It's small so I didn't have anything moving/sliding across the sheet when this happened. So I don't mind. The coating on these sheets behaves like any other gold nonstick coating I own. If you're unfamiliar with these, you should do a little research on how to use them. I see that a reviewer mentioned leftovers on her sheet. You can't use propellant or flavored cooking spray on a gold (or light gray) nonstick. Guaranteed to leave a mark. You can only use sprays that are pure oil. I cook and bake a lot and am completely satisfied with this purchase.
