I bought this microphone to use with my Sony A7S3. I needed something very flat and it fit just like it should. The sound isn't as direct as the MKE 400, but it's ideal for capturing sound in a run-and-gun situation. A little "tinny" means less bass than we'd like, but some settings are okay. I use the microphone for interviews or sound bites.
