Additional note: unfortunately I have no choice but to return this product. I bought the Zen Time replacement set which I love the most and the scent I find most potent when showering. It's also the only scent I know for sure if it works or not. So I tested my theory that maybe if I'm taking a quick shower, like 3-4 minutes, I'll turn the intensity setting to the lowest setting, and when I'm done showering, I'll turn the intensity setting to zero (off) to get around that prevent water ingress. The capsule that runs out of the shower head allows me to save enough aromatic oil for a second shower of the day. But unfortunately that doesn't help either. When I took my second shower, it only smelled in the shower for the first few seconds and then disappeared immediately. It's truly a one-time use no matter how fast you shower or how hard you try to minimize oil consumption. And during or after the shower you will definitely not be able to remove the capsule to save the oil residue, because the top film has holes and the water-oil mixture just flows out of the capsule. Here's another conscious design from Moen and INLY; You cannot place the capsule film face up. The capsule is shaped in such a way that if placed foil side up it will tip over and the entire mixture will flow out immediately. With that being said and my girlfriend complaining that the water pressure is too weak for her to enjoy, I will be returning this once my Zen Time capsule is gone. First review below: Moen, I really hope someone at your company will follow up on these reviews posted here and elsewhere. I bought this shower head specifically for an aromatherapy oil infusion to help me relax after a long day at work and nothing else to be honest. Aside from the infusion and magnetic attachment, the shower head is no different than other cheaper shower heads on the market. The spray options are no different from the others and are actually pretty weak too. It's not really a big deal and I like the slightly less powerful stream that comes out of the shower head. As someone else mentioned here, you don't feel like you're drowning and it's quite relaxing. However, as I mentioned in the beginning, I bought this specifically for an aromatherapy infusion. Tonight, on my second day in the shower, I noticed that there was no smell coming out of the shower head. Confused, I checked the capsule and found it was empty. The entire capsule was used at once during my previous shower. Then I did some digging and found that someone here is asking how long each capsule lasts and Moen replied that it would take anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes depending on the intensity setting. Basically, this means that each capsule only lasts for one shower, and if you want to enjoy the aromatherapy while you shower, you'll need to replace the capsule twice a day! If you take quick showers and use a low intensity setting, you might be able to get by with one capsule a day. Now I don't mind changing the capsule once or twice a day as long as the price of the replacement capsule is reasonable. But if you don't know the price of replacement pods, here's how much they cost at Revain. $16 for 5 capsules! That's about $3.20 per capsule! So if you use 2 a day that's $6.40 a day. You're spending $45 a week, and that's for one person! I understand these are aromatherapy oil fragrances made in France and I appreciate their quality but I just wish they were more honest about usage. They're basically high-quality Kcups for your shower, and if I knew they're disposable pods that cost more than $3 to replace every time I use them, I'd seriously consider them pull to buy them. This should be the highlight of my day, coming home and showering with relaxing scents, but I'm not going to spend my money on it. I think I need to be lean and only use the capsules 2 or 3 times a week. Moen, again, I hope you're reading this. Be sincere and honest with your customers about using capsules. Please indicate on your website and product page that these capsules are for single use only. The last thing you want is disgruntled customers returning your product because they feel misled by the lack of information. Also, I would like to make a suggestion. Make more affordable options that your customers can buy and use every day. It could be larger capsules that last longer, or maybe cheaper capsules containing non-French essential oils (maybe made in China or other countries, but still safe to use), and uses cheaper and simpler looking containers. Or I hope there will soon be third party providers offering safe yet affordable alternatives.
