I like that it's super easy to use, has many integrations with other apps/tools (mailchimp) etc so you can do all of your marketing stuff in one place! The price also makes sense for what they offer - especially considering how much time we could have saved by being able solve our own problems when using this software instead. Nothing really!! Sometimes things don't work as expected but there are usually ways around them if need be :) We've been solving most emails not matching up between MailChimps lists & databases since switching over from HubSpot last year- This just made life easier!
