Low and high tone same which is a bit annoying. I have very thick hair and it usually takes me 20-25 minutes to dry my hair, it only took me 15 minutes. This was the first time I've used it, I'm sure with practice I'll be fine. Not too heavy to reduce hand fatigue and comfortable to hold. I didn't put any products on my hair and my hair was beautifully straight with slight curls which was unexpected. I like it very much so far!
