Review on COPFTO by Jeff Callier

The ease of use, how easy it was to learn this program as well as its features were amazing. I don't have any dislikes about using cop ftos because everything has been great so far since we started implementing them into our department. We are able to keep all documents in one place which makes searching through paperwork easier than ever before. It also allows us access from anywhere with an internet connection allowing officers who need assistance or training at anytime during their shift while they're out doing there job. This helps tremendously when you work multiple shifts throughout your tour within different departments such as patrol/investigation etc.. As long as someone can get online via computer (which isn’t always possible) then that person will be given instructions by email if needed without having to wait until end of day just to find help solving problems related to documentation. Documentation issues solved greatly due to being more organized regarding filing papers away properly instead of scattering across several places where files could easily become lost.
