My first interaction with DH was during an interview process for our head office location decision (which we ultimately decided to not take). I had been looking at other companies because my current employer's offer would have reduced me by more than half compared to what another similar job offered elsewhere! However, after speaking w/the team there it became clear that they were very genuine about their values as well as being able to provide great service / guidance throughout all stages - from initial contact through contract negotiation until implementation phase services are complete. The feedback has helped us make better decisions moving forward. One thing which could be improved upon if possible however minor-ish but still :-), the client portal sometimes gets slow or lags when you're navigating between pages etc; this may also cause some issues regarding data transfer speed too depending how many people use your site simultaneously? It doesn't affect any actual functionality per say though just feels like something worth mentioning :) We've used them solely for website development.
