This toy hit the mark. The concept is really great and is sure to bring a smile to the faces of children playing with just one of the two machines. Yes, only one machine worked out of the box. The second car didn't charge. This happens from time to time, so much can be revealed to the manufacturer. The killer though is that the customer service doesn't exist, at least for me it was. I could not find a contact to get a replacement car. I even asked the community twice for support and spare parts. I didn't get any reply at all. So a three because the product really fits, a very good idea, the car stuck to the track like it was glued. The car can go backwards just as quickly and easily as forwards and the kids loved it. But only one machine worked so I sent the whole set back. I was wondering what are the chances of lightning striking the same spot twice? With that in mind, I ordered a replacement race kit. Haven't received it yet, fingers crossed it's fully functional! Another thought, there are too many small parts in this set, many of which could be combined and simplified. Small objects are easily lost, and if there are more, the probability that the caterpillar will fall apart is very high. Maybe the next version of this race set will get a five star rating, but not yet.
