It is very easy to integrate into our project management system (PMS), which allows us to have all of our projects listed within one place instead of having multiple spreadsheets that we need to keep up-to date manually for each client/project. We've been able to automate some processes as well - such as creating estimates from templates when new tasks are added or updated by another member of staff. As mentioned above though, it does not allow you to add comments if someone else has made changes since last time they were viewed - so I would recommend sticking to using just this feature rather than mixing both features together like my previous employer did! This was an internal tool used between myself and colleagues who worked remotely but also needed access to documents during meetings etc; however, most people now use Google Drive / Dropbox these days anyway so there's less reason to be doing things via email anymore.
