DO NOT BUY. Hey man god honestly this item sucks to the point of infinite power. They are too small and dangling too much. I used 8 screws to attach it. 2 of them got stuck after tightening, when I tried to pull them out 2 got stuck. I had to unscrew the t-nut that was sticking out inside, which deformed my rail. Had to be cut out after damage. Yes, I used 3/16x16 screws. Purchase a 1" x 3/16" x 24" metal rod and drill a hole, then use a tap to tap the threads. Cut the metal rod up to 2" to the length you want tying your stuff this will be a good fit that works great make your own as everything on the market is the same crap thank you very much you can ask me I can advise you on how to make your own.
