Review on Michael Kors Womens Silver Tone MK3190 by Lauralee Sabelman

Bought this watch as a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas 2017. In less than 6 months, the bracelet has lost the pin that attaches the bracelet and therefore cannot be worn. When first checking the watch's warranty it looked like it was covered, but upon further reading it seems like it's more of a joke than a warranty. What is not covered is the material and workmanship of the battery, case, glass, strap or bracelet. So my question would be what is insured?
